Our best alternative to Champagne, this Crémant d'Alsace is aged as long as most vintage Champagne and is ideal for festive as well as gastronomic occasions! Very expressive on the nose with floral & biscuity notes, the palate is elegant with thin bubbles, creamy mouthfeel and a long dry finish with subtle hints of bitter almond and butter brioche.

ABOUT THE VINE & CELLAR
The grapes are hand-harvested, the first base wine is then made before the re-fermentation in the bottles takes place. This is a crémant made the same way as a Champagne (traditional method). The second fermentation takes place in the bottle and the wine stays on its lees (sur latte) for over 40 months (a vintage Champagne is 30 months minimum) before it's being disgorged to remove the sediment. Probably the most serious Crémant d'Alsace we've come across.
